Responsible for identifying and generating high-quality leads to support the sales team and drive business growth. This role involves researching and targeting potential clients, utilizing various lead generation techniques, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of leads. Additionally, the role includes managing a list of leads and setting up appointments between these leads and the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify leads based on preferred and standard of the client, ensuring precise segmentation.

Utilize various channels including email, social media, cold calling, and networking to engage prospects and generate interest in our products/services from a client-provided list of prospects.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, attend and report sales meetings and updating the team with the results of each.

Maintain business communication with the sales team, providing updates and necessary support.

Manage email correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate data records in the CRM system.

Generate and present sales reports to track performance.

Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and execute lead generation activities across mentioned channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.

A positive, proactive attitude with a can-do mindset.

Minimum 1-2 years of B2B experience in sales, customer success, or account management, with a preference for experience in B2B lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

Familiarity with HubSpot is an advantage.

IT sales experience is a plus.

Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM software.

Strong collaborative abilities, capable of fostering relationships with peers, sales teams, partners, and prospects.

Can amend to work during the night shift, holidays, and weekends.

Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province onsite.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
