IT Helpdesk Support (Mac and Windows Support)

Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Mac OS and Windows Servers including installation, configuration, and maintenance. This role mainly involves assisting end-users with Mac-related issues, ensuring optimal performance of Mac systems, and contributing to a seamless IT support experience within the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide solutions to hardware and software problems in Microsoft Windows & Mac OS.

Fix technical problems by following standard operating procedures.

Provide support in Chat, Email, and Voice via Microsoft teams and Outlook.

Installing, upgrading, and configuring software via remote access tools.

Ensure first-call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.

Supporting and troubleshooting of Mac Operating Systems and Windows Servers.

Handle network issues, including connectivity problems, IP configuration, and VPN setups.

Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

At least one year of work experience in a similar job is required.

Working knowledge of remote desktop applications and helpdesk software.

Familiar with any ticketing system tool.

Fluency in speaking English is required.

Previous I.T Helpdesk experience in a BPO and/or MSP environment is a plus.

Good knowledge of MAC OS is required

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Can amend to work during the night shift, holidays, and weekends.

Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province onsite.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
