Responsible for providing first-line technical support to end-users, addressing basic IT issues and requests. This role involves troubleshooting common technical problems, handling service requests, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Installing, upgrading, and configuring software via remote access tools.

Walk clients through a series of steps to address a problem.

Provide solutions to hardware and software problems in Microsoft Windows 10 or above.

Capable of handling support tickets.

Resolve hardware and software problems related to Microsoft Windows 10 and above, ensuring reliable system operation.

Manage and prioritize support tickets to provide timely and efficient assistance to users.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft products, maintaining productivity.

Utilize knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure to support and manage user accounts and services.

Communicate effectively through chat, email, and voice using Microsoft Teams and Outlook, ensuring clear and professional interactions.Walk clients through a series of steps to address a problem.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in installing, upgrading, and configuring software using remote access tools.

Experience handling and prioritizing support tickets to ensure timely resolution.

Knowledgeable in troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite and other Microsoft products.

Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.

Strong communication skills.

Can amend to work during the night shift, holidays, and weekends.

Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province onsite.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php 20,000.00 – Php 40,000.00 per month
