The IT Dispatcher role within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner is responsible for efficiently triaging incoming IT support tickets and serving as the initial point of contact for customers. This role involves gathering information from customers, generating tickets, and assigning them to the appropriate technical support personnel. Additionally, the IT Dispatcher ensures timely resolution of issues by diligently following up with customers and coordinating with the technical support team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Triaging tickets served as first point of contact with customers.

  • Receive and prioritize incoming IT support tickets from end-users.

  • Ticket generation and assigning, coordinate and follow up to see ticket status.

  • Assign tickets to appropriate IT support personnel based on skills and workload.

  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets by monitoring progress and escalating issues as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticketing system records.

  • Coordinate with different teams or departments to resolve complex technical issues.

  • Follow defined processes and protocols for ticket handling and escalation.

  • Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to end-users.

  • Identify recurring issues and patterns to proactively address them.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve ticketing system efficiency and user experience.
     

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least one year of work experience in a similar job is required.

  • Familiar with any ticketing system tool

  • Fluency in speaking and writing English is required.

  • Positive approach to customer and clients.

  • Can amend to work during the night shift, holidays, and weekends.

  • Previous I.T Admin experience in a call center environment is a plus.

  • Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province onsite.

Job Type: Full-time

​

Pay: Php 20,000.00 – Php 30,000.00 per month

​

Schedule:

 

  • 8-hour shift – 5 days/week

  • Rotational shift

  • Tayabas, Quezon Province: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
