The Consultant role involves collaborating with the Project Manager, Lead Consultant, and clients on GP Projects. The focus is on utilizing best practices to design, implement, and upgrade Microsoft Dynamics GP solutions in both Cloud and On-Premises environments. Consultants provide subject matter expertise and support for existing customers, contributing to the evolution of procedures and best practices.

Dynamic GP Consultant:
​
A Dynamic GP (Great Plains) Consultant is a professional who works with Microsoft Dynamics GP, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. The role typically involves collaborating with project teams and clients to design, implement, and upgrade solutions in various environments (Cloud and On Premise). Consultants provide subject matter expertise, address escalated support issues, and contribute to the improvement of procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities:
​
• Design, Test, Train, Implement, and Support customizations in Dynamics GP for new and existing customers using Report Writer or Screen Modifications, SSRS Reports, GP Word Templates, Integrations, and third-party tools.
• Provide support to reconcile and fix Dynamics GP data, as required.
• Identify software or service opportunities including training, GP modules, business process consulting, and development.
• Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes within CRM and project management software.
• Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades with SMB Suite Technology and existing customers
• Backup role for Application Support Desk and escalated support issues
• Assist with creating and maintenance of internal and external product training curriculums and documentation.
• Backup role for Help Desk Support including Application support.
Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of experience working on design, configuration, and support of Dynamics GP
• 3+ years of experience in Dynamics GP Financial and Distributions modules, including detailed knowledge of the database schema.
• Experience with Dynamics GP Modifier, SSRS, and Word Templates
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment running multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional customer service orientation
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Amenable to work in Quezon Province (Tayabas Quezon)
