Client Experience Associate

Work closely with the inventory management team and relevant stakeholders to develop customized solutions aligned with client needs, including defining requirements, configuring systems, and overseeing software implementation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding and offboarding processes. Issue and track company devices, including laptops, phones, and other equipment. Ensure all devices are prepared, configured, and ready for use. Fix technical problems by following standard operating procedures. Provide ongoing support, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring clients comprehensively understand the implemented inventory management solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of client onboarding and offboarding activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the inventory management team and relevant stakeholders to develop customized solutions aligned with client needs, including defining requirements, configuring systems, and overseeing software implementation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Issue and track company devices, including laptops, phones, and other equipment. Ensure all devices are prepared, configured, and ready for use.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of work experience in a similar job is required.

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in inventory management principles, best practices, and tools. Understanding inventory control, demand planning, order fulfillment, and optimization techniques.

  • Can communicate in Chat, Email, and Voice via Microsoft teams and Outlook.

  • Fluency in speaking English is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

  • Proactive attitude towards professional development and acquiring new skills relevant to client experience.

  • Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and MAC OS is a plus.

  • Can amend to work during the night shift, holidays, and weekends.

  • Amenable to work in Tayabas, Quezon Province onsite.

Job Type: Full-time

​

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift – 5 days/week

  • Night shift

  • Tayabas, Quezon Province: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
