The Business Development Representative role at Carabao involves leading targeted demand-generation activities for new customer acquisitions. Responsibilities include following up on marketing-generated leads, articulating value propositions, scheduling sales appointments, and building relationships with potential customers. The role emphasizes a strong focus on lead generation through an account-based experience approach to support the sales team and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

​

• Creating and managing a book of business by list building, de-duplication, and segmentation while vetting lead/opportunity follow-up meetings

• Articulating value proposition to potential customers through strategic, self-generated marketing tactics such as but not limited to outbound and inbound phone calls, email sequencing, social media, and direct mail.

• Working closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and drive event attendance.

• Acting as the prospect liaison by attending all sales meetings until the lead is won or lost.

• Forecasting and tracking pipeline resulting from marketing-generated leads.

• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Position Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or relevant concentration.

• 2+ Years of B2B experience in sales, customer success, or account management required; experience with B2B lead generation and nurturing campaigns preferred.

• HubSpot experience is a plus.

• IT sales experience a plus.

• Proficiency in computer systems (Microsoft Office, Internet, CRM) required.

• Strong collaboration skills: ability to hold relationships with peers, sales, partners, and prospects required.

• Amenable to work in Quezon Province (Tayabas Quezon).

Job Type: Full-time

​

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month.

        Base plus high commission potential.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift – 5 days/week

  • Night shift
